Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Necessity Hair Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it was lost in transit, please contact us at [your support email] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Necessity Hair Co order. Because hair extensions and wigs are personal care items, we have a few guidelines to keep everyone safe and ensure quality for all customers.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or product (including but not limited to styling products, adhesives, or scent) will not be eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at [hello@shopnecessityhair.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If you receive a defective item, wrong item, or color mismatch from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and process a replacement or refund.
Final sale items, including clearance, customized, or made-to-order pieces, are not eligible for return or exchange.
